What happens if you apply for HAAS and don't get in?

For all colleges that I'm applying to I'm selecting computer science, save UC Berkeley; I'm doing "Pre-Business Administration/Undeclared" because I plan on applying to HAAS as soon as I can. What happens if I apply and don't get it? Do I just end up going to college for six years, because after those two years I select a new major? Thanks!

In your first two years, you prepare for an alternate major in case you do not get admitted to the business major.

Could a competitive major like Computer Science fill this “backup” role

If you are sure that you will get into the alternate major based on such factors as your GPA in its prerequisite courses.
