I know it's not straight-up hip-hop, but I really like Idlewild, by OutKast. The mix of rapping over big band/1920's-style riffs is like nothing I've heard before.

Superstar- Lupe Fiasco
The Seed- The Roots (definitely listen to this, its different, totally)
Truth or Dare- N.E.R.D. (Absolut commercial)
Akon and Daddy Yankee etc on repeat for running and bball.

Carter III or Drought 3 are the best Weezy albums by far.
Nas' untitled album is bumpin'
Lupe's the Cool is really good
I really like Game's new album..L.A.X....been listening to that a lot recently.
Can't wait for Paper Trail, especially since "swagger like us" leaked, and Jigga's new album is coming out soon, heard some of that and it's pretty legit.
I still listen to songs like 'roc boys' or 'Brooklyns finest' too...he's def. coming back into the spotlight...so is Ludacris, have you heard his 'Put on' freestyle? It's excellent.
