I just bought gruber’s and I’m working on the math section now. I have a 590 on the math section now and I’m hoping for high 600’s. I do have a question though, for some of the problems it provides very detailed explanations on how to solve it or different methods. If I already know how to solve the problem should I review over the explanation and methods? It seems so tedious and sometimes it just ends up confusing me.

Claire, I scored 800 on the Math section twice and yes, I believe you should always review over problems - even if you already know how to do them. More solutions = more ways to check them = more right. I believe the protean nature of multiple solution will only help you and there’s no harm in looking over something you already know, especially if you paid for the source material already.

lolilaughed, thanks for the advice. I’ll definately have to start looking at some of the other ways to solve certain problems.

Can anyone else post how much they improved their score after using Gruber’s? I need to hear some success stories =P
