What is considered a good GPA at an ivy?

Of course, it's going to vary from job to job or graduate school to grad school (med school needs higher GPA than business school) but I just mention on a general basis. I was thinking 3.5-3.6?

Med school you’ll need a 3.7+ give or take a .1 depending on the Ivy but even that’s a reach.

Grade inflation is a bigger problem in the Ivy League than at most schools.

3.8X+ would place one at the top of one’s class.

Don’t know about Princeton.

3.50-3.60 places one at the median, or slightly above it.

would that look bad for graduate school if you are at the emdian, even ifs the median at an IVY?

What kind of grad school are you asking about?

Generally speaking, yes, because there are so very many candidates from both Ivy League schools and other elite schools competing for so very few positions.
