What is it like to go to the University of Chicago having lived in Chicago as a high school student?

<p>Interested in UChicago and wonder how the experience is. I live around the area of UChicago and know it very well. I really like the campus and the vibe going there, I'm just concerned about not being able to experience new things at UChicago in the same way someone from out-of-state, or even frankly in another part of Illinois would experience it.</p>
