so ive been googling about the lsac gpa but i fail to understand whats the difference between that and our actual gpa? Can someone explain it to me?

Any course you have ever taken in higher education counts to LSAC. This includes distance ed. You must submit all transcripts. this is so that there is some uniformity

BTW LSAC uses a 4.3 scale. If your school grades on an A+ it helps you. IF the highest grade is an A, not so much.

Below are all of the rules about LSAC and GPA
[LSAC - Frequently Asked Questions - Credential Assembly Service (CAS)](http://www.lsac.org/JD/Help/faqs-cas.asp#gpa-different)

@sybbie, I took a physics class at a community college while I was in high school. Will this also factor into LSAC GPA?

Yes it will and you must submit the official transcript to the LSDAS

If you took cc courses in high school but they were counted as high school credit, will they still be counted by the LSAC?

You must still submit the transcript to the LSDAS and the grade will appear on your LSAC transcript

Hello,

I was wondering the same thing. But what if you have gone to more than one UG school?

Do they average the grades by how many classes you have taken? Or do they average all of the school’s GPA’S ( i.e. school a : 3.65 + school b 2.89 / 2).

Thanks!

You must submit transcripts from every school that you have attended. They will do an average of all of your grades
