I've seen some apps ask for the GPA for the last 60 credits. That is about equivalent to 2 years (4 semesters). How accurate do they expect this to be?
I took like 68 creds the past 2 years. Depending on which combo I use to get the 60 credits, I can make my GPA quite different.

They know that it will not generally be exactly 60 credits. Just go back the fewest semesters you need to get 60+ credits and give them that.

Okay thanks. My last 4 semesters+1 summer gives 68 credits. However if I picked a combo of just 60 out of the 68 credits (those other 8 credits would came from the oldest semester), I can say I had a higher GPA.
Do you think I could do that? In the end, I don’t think it matters since they’ll look at all my classes and the grade I received in each.

That plan amounts to intentional misrepresentation; I would strongly urge you to include all courses from the relevant terms into your GPA calculation.
