<p>hazlet...you have some problems. i'm not acting defensive at all; i am just telling you what type of school if go to. nothing i said was dishonest at all. of course my school doesn't send everyone to top schools, but in a class of 120 we usually send about 10 to ivies. four students are going to yale next year alone. </p>

<p>Regional studies in general are quite good, thanks in no small part to the top-notch anthropology dept.</p>
<p>Penn is one of a handful of US universities to get federal funding to support its regional studies as well.</p>
<p>So if you want middle east, east asian, south asian, whatever...Penn has it in spades.</p>
