I'm self-studying this AP and the books and everything is up to me so I would really like advice on what book would help me get a 5 on the exam. Can someone suggest something they've actually used? Thanks!

bump…I really need some input before the end of this week!!!

I heard Princeton review is really good.

bump - anyone else?

Environmental Science (By: Botkin and Keller), teacher’s powerpoints that she stole from some online source.
Review books were completely useless to me. Out of the ones I’ve seen they were brief in what is actually needed and had too much unneeded info that you already know or doesn’t really get tested on the AP test.

The textbook I used is in-depth in the sense that it’ll give you plenty of case-studies, examples to use for the FR, and you can scan for the information you do not already know 5’d.

I used Barron’s and Princeton Review and did not read anything else. Barron’s was TERRIBLE. I could not retain any of the information and at least 60% of the book is not tested. It is so detailed and the questions were not AP style questions. Princeton Review was fine and got me a five.
