Hi all,

What Is The Best Transportation: UCSD <=> San Diego Airport?

Thanks!

I think my friends who fly back home uses some sort of free shuttle service that UCSD provides? You’ll have to look it up. Hope this helps.

I found the “Free Holiday Airport Shuttle”

[Free Holiday Airport Shuttle](http://students.ucsd.edu/campus-services/parking-and-transportation/commuting/holiday-airport-shuttle.html)

Yeah, I think that’s the one they use.

Depends on the time of year (that shuttle only runs at major breaks), how fast you want to get there, and how much you’re willing to pay.

The shuttle’s obviously free and one-way, but if you’re traveling anytime else you can spring for the city bus (cheap, not fast), the supershuttle (not as cheap, potentially not fast), or ask a friend with a car. If you’re willing to give them $15 or $20 for gas money (and incentive to leave their prized parking spot), they should be more than willing to drive you.

(I personally like driving to/from the airport bc it’s a great reason to stop by In n Out afterward)
