What Is The Best UC for Physics?

I am a Junior in high school looking at the Universities of California.
I REALLY have a thing for physics, and I want to go somewhere that has a good physics program.
Anyone have any idea?
UCB, UCLA, UCSD, ectra..

overall probably Berkeley, though for Astro, UC Santa Cruz is tough to beat plus a great location (though Berkeley is probably my favorite college area in the country).

CUgrad

Berkeley and Santa Barbara have the most renowned departments of the UC's.

There's a program at ucsb called the ccs (college of creative studies) you might want to look into it. a few of my friends are going there. its pretty well known and its for people who know exactly what they want to study (in your case, physics).

UCB Physics, UCLA Physics and UCSB Physics are all highly-ranked.

UC Berkeley probably has the most renouned department (legacy of Glenn Seaborg and the like), though UC Santa Barbara is not far behind.

UC Berkeley would probably be best though, if you are considering doing some lab work or research work, as their physics facilities are the most advanced and well equipped out of all the UC's.

UC PHYSICS RANKING (overall)

UC Berkeley

UCSB

UCLA, UCSD (tie)

Although I forgot about UCSB, I can't imagine either UCLA or UCSD having better programs than UCSC when it comes to physics...

...just my 2 cents
