What is the likelihood of me being accepted into the following schools?

I'm applying to:
University of Chicago (I understand that this one is QUITE the reach school)
New York University
University of Virginia
Northwestern University
University of Pittsburgh
James Madison University
Virginia Tech
George Washington University
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Pepperdine University

(I know it's quite a few, but my parents are making me apply to three colleges in Virginia and University of Pittsburgh offered me a free application)

My cumulative GPA is 3.87

I am enrolled at the specialty program in my school and take AP classes as well. Though my school doesn't offer very many AP classes, I try to take as many as possible and challenge myself in my choice of courses.
I've taken 12 courses with the specialty program and 3 AP classes.

I am a senior this year, taking 3 AP classes this year and 4 with the specialty program.
(some of the APs and specialty classes overlap, the remaining classes not mentioned were regular classes)

I took three years of French, starting in French I and ending in advanced French IV. I couldn't continue in French V because of scheduling conflicts. I am receiving both an advanced diploma as well as the diploma that corresponds with the specialty program at my school.

I have been inducted into the National Honor Society (EXTREMELY selective at my school; only about 30 members this year), received academic honors for the past three years, and was also the foreign language student of the month awards in two different languages.

Over the summer I volunteered at a local shelter on a weekly basis as well a well known national park.

I am an active member of a community service club, the president of another community service club, and the co-captain of a team.

My composite ACT score was 26 (my SAT scores were horrible, so I'm just going with the ACT)

My SAT Subject Test Scores are as follows:
630 Biology M
660 Mathematics Level 1
570 World History
560 Biology E
580 Mathematics Level 2
(I'm only planning on sending in the first two)

I haven't done any interviews, and you can just assume that my essays are not too shabby.

Any advice would be very much appreciated, especially from those admitted to these schools and admissions officers. Thanks in advanced!

If any extra details are needed to give a more accurate reply, please feel free to ask.

NYU NW and VT reaches, your test scores are bad.

University of Chicago: high reach
New York University: reach
University of Virginia: reach
Northwestern University: reach
University of Pittsburgh: match/low reach
James Madison University: low match (possible safety?)
Virginia Tech: high match/low reach
George Washington University: low reach
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign: idk bout this college
Pepperdine University: idk bout this college

if 3.87 is unweighted, that is a very good GPA. if it is weighted, then it isnt as good. you have to increase your test scores a bit, your SAT II scores are ok, but you should try to have one atleast in the 700 range. Also you could increase you ACT score up a few more pts; i thikn it translates to arnd an 1800 on the SAT. VT’s average is around 1860, and UVA’s average is around 2050.
good luck!

I think you should get into James Madison Pitt and pepperdine

University of Chicago: huge reach
New York University: reach
University of Virginia: reach
Northwestern University: reach
University of Pittsburgh: match
James Madison University: match/safety
Virginia Tech: high match/low reach
George Washington University: low reach
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign: not sure
Pepperdine University: match

Good luck!! Chance me?? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1057649-wheel-chance-what-goes-around-comes-around.html

With those scores and ECs, you aren’t getting into UChicago.

what does the term “high reach” and low reach" and “match” mean?
like if u have high reach odes it mean it is hard to get into that university for u?

Yes, I think that’s what they mean. I think the order of likeliness from hardest to easiest is as follows:
high reach
reach
low reach
high match
match
safety

University of Chicago - standardized testing is too low so probably high reach
New York University - reach
University of Virginia - low reach
Northwestern University - reach
University of Pittsburgh - in
James Madison University - in
Virginia Tech - don’t know anything about this school
George Washington University - low reach
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign - match
Pepperdine University - match
