Well, I had a question about the limit of credits a student can take in one semester of high school.
Next year, I am planning to take six AP classes, which account for 5 credits each (right?) and also I am planning to take two or three college courses at a community college.
How many credits will that be in total. Also, the courses at college are originally 3 units which ends up being 10 full credits at my high school.

^ Huh? How do your AP classes account for 5 credits a piece? And it just depends on your school.

I’ve never heard of a high school having a limit on credits per semester…

I would think that it would not be limited by credits, but by however many schedule hours in the day that the classes take up. You only have so many hours to take classes at school.

8, but that’s because there are only 8 periods in a day. You can take band or choir before school for credit, and each are a half credit, offered every other day, so in theory you could have 9 credits per year.

I’m assuming that the 3 community college classes wouldn’t be IN the class schedule :/
