What is the possibility for getting scholarships from Tennis?

<p>If I want to play for a college, how much does this information impact on college admission? and how much scholarship can I possibly earn? estimation?</p>

<p>I played tennis about 7 years
I was on JV tennis - freshman year</p>

<p>10th grade
-varsity second double
-3rd Sub-division</p>

<p>11th grade
-Varsity first double
-2nd Sub-division
-6th in SOL Continental Doubles Tournament</p>

<p>Trying out for next year's team captain</p>

<p>If you are a girl, highly ranked, yes, you might get a scholarship.</p>

<p>If you are a boy, probably not, unless VERY highly ranked, as scholarships tend to go to the foreigners.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, most college coaches care about rankings, not high school tennis as much.</p>

<p>Why? It is hard to measure the teams unless you win state.</p>
