what is the right school for me? (plz help me!)

I am an international student in East Asia.
I think LAC is right for me, so all the colleges that I am applying this year are liberal arts.

So here goes my request, “please help me to choose right colleges for me among numerous good LAC’s”

I will major in Philosophy and English Literature (great interests in Humanity. I think science is not my thing but this could be just because I never really took any science courses seriously in my high school years.)

Friendly people ! I want my college friends to be friendly, approachable and tru****l.

Lots of personal attention. (pretty much LAC fits for this condition I guess)

Highest academic quality. collge is above all the place for learning. I wish my friends and professors to be top-notch in academic perspective.

Location does not really matter. Whether in city or in rural area, I can blend in only if people around me are friendly.

It sounds as if Pitzer and Bard might fit.

Middlebury, Kenyon, Denison, Bucknell and Lawrence.

Oberlin, Swarthmore, Wesleyan, Reed, Carleton, Macalester, and Grinnell all come to mind. But #2 is kind of subjective, and #s 3 and 5 are true of most LACs. You might want to give some more detailed criteria to avoid ending up with a really long list.
