My friend and I don't wnana find bad news via email and are waiting for mail but now we cant check our email possibly...does the subject of the email say that you're rejected/accepted

No
i was accepted but the subject was "Your Stanford Application" (not indicative of your decision at all)
I actually thought they would be instructions to view the decision, but it was the letter already.

No, it should just say "Your Admission Decision From Stanford U" and then the actual email will tell you your decision =(

how come mine was "Your Stanford Application" with the decision within?

I'm probably wrong, I'm going off of what my EA letter said. Haha my bad.

Just check your e-mail. They won't send you anything by mail if you get rejected.

The title for mine was "Your Stanford Application Decision".

However, as mentioned above, you may not even receive a hard copy letter:

"We know this is disappointing news to receive; for that reason, and to be environmentally conscious, you will not be sent a paper copy of this letter by mail unless you instruct us otherwise."
