<p>Do they want to say that their admission rate is 9%?</p>
<p>No, they list how many are matriculating, not how many they accepted. They accepted roughly 51% of the 15,800, and enrolled roughly 17% of those they accepted. (all give or take a couple of percent - this is Princeton Review data, and the new American U. Common Data Set is not up yet.)</p>
