<p>my old (not as in age) violin teacher went to julliard and so did her 2 sisters :open_mouth: I quit after I moved to cali… they don’t even have an orchestra at my school and I didn’t like it enough to play outside of school.</p>

<p>i dont have a problem with tights or leggings, i just don’t like it when girls try to wear leggings as pants. it looks weird and usually isn’t too um flattering.
leggings can make a girl’s butt and hips look huge, and not good huge but just HUGE</p>

<p>I was the guy who said girls shouldn’t wear tights. Here’s my reasoning:</p>

<p>If you are skinny, don’t wear them, because us guys want to see your legs.
If you are fat, still don’t wear them, but don’t wear skirts in general.</p>

<p>Something is weird about them - you just don’t wear clothes that are longer than what’s above them - that goes for anybody and anything. Should us guys go around wearing underwear outside our pants?</p>

<p>In my school a lot of girls wear tights with their skirts. Especially black tights. (no creeper plz) @ OP, Maybe the fashion style at his area is different. Btw. I’m on the east coast.</p>

<p>I typically wear tights when I have a cute shift dress and a pair of shoes I’ve been dying to wear. But I never wear ones that are not black. Just…no.</p>

<p>I have pretty long legs and I wear tights all the time :confused:
My favorite are the patterned ones… they look super-cute with skirts, short dresses, and loose-fitting long shirts.</p>

<p>Some people who are…a little on the larger side like wearing black leggings and tights because they think it makes them look thin. I have no idea where this reasoning comes from because frankly, it’s kind of frightening-looking.</p>

<p>However, when worn with dresses or skirts, especially longer ones, they can look pretty classy. I like those long black stocking things better, though.</p>
