What is your definition of 'Success'

Mine is the freedom of constraints.

Doing what you love and making enough to support yourself. :0

150k/year by the time I’m 30.

I honestly don’t get why people equate money with success. Care to explain?

Money allows you to do the things you want to do. Isn’t doing what you want to do a gauge of success?

But really, if you’ve been poor, you understand that money problems are some of the worst kinds of problems you can have. Honestly, I lived like a pauper for a 2-3 year stretch and it wasn’t the most enjoyable time in my life.

Being better than everyone and maximizing breeding opportunities (not necessarily sex, just opportunities for it)

To be with my family and loved ones.

Mr Payne, $150k is notthingggggg and you damn well better achieve that WAYYYY before 30. You should hit this in your VERY early 20’s. In your 30’s, you need to be at $400K++ or higher, and this is just conservative.

You live in SoCal, you should know for sure that $150K is nothing here.

I live here now. I don’t plan to live here when I’m 30 though. :)

150k/year in quite a few countries is alright.

Success is being married to a good wife in my own home, earning a living at my own business, and raising kids that will do as good or better than I did.

Getting my PhD and owning my own place.
