I just found out that back in the 1830s, one of my ancestors was responsible for bringing more families to Texas than anyone other than Stephen F. Austin. Kind of cool!

Just for some digression, did you guys know that even so-called pure Asians(as some old Asian people put it that way and are actually proud it, IDK why) are not from a singular ethnicity. ALL current “pure” Asians are actually descendants of several different kinds of people who lived in Asia way back, like thousands years ago.

I’m not sure if this happens to any of you, but people often don’t believe me when I say I’m Middle Eastern because of my “white” accent, skin tone, and facial features. I was born in Lebanon, by the way.
