What is Your Passion?

So what is your passion? What do you like doing for hours and hours simply because of the enjoyment that results from concentrating on that special activity.
Personally I'm really into chemistry so I've been studying ahead of my highschool curriculum. Hopefully I can make it as an olympiad.

What about you?

video games.

Politics! working on campaigns-love it!

computers. im such a nerd hehehe

video games, research, and sports

reading and writing. I love doing both. A lot. :)

I love to write (do not be fooled by the mediocrity of my writing on this website)..my writing is better than this. And I also like to draw. I can doodle on a piece of paper for hours and make it a really nice picture in the end (at least I think so).

reading, i love history

history, international relations, foreign languages, soccer, swimming, etc.

Playing my guitar or listening to music.

history, classics, and engineering

English (editing!), politics, colorguard

hahah shopping.. sad but true

Soccer.

Food.

spelling and vocabulary

Foreign Languages. I'm on my fourth language right now. I won't stop until I speak all Romance languages (I'm already done with Spanish, French, and Italian), and Greek.

I like writing and I love people. It's sort of an oxymoronish kind of thing. Like the writing comes out when I'm depressed and introverted. Most of my writing is perverted or morbid. The people part is the quintessential me. I'm extroverted, happy, and verbose. I guess I'm slightly bipolar. My dream life would be centered around people and making them happy, with a secret second-life as a depressed chain-smoking noir writer. (chain-smoking candy cigarettes, of course, wouldn't want to get lung cancer! :) )

I live voraciously through literature. I love the human consciousness and the way it can spill on to paper. I love rawness, honesty, and brutality, and how it hides in Hemingway and Steinbeck. I write. Always. Poetry. In gym class, on a road trip to Boston, at work, in the shower. One of the most gleeful moments ever was when I discovered a book of Kerouac poetry, and found that we wrote similarly. And, all I want to do is escape this quiet, secure world of midwestern high school and experience what I've read.

I also have a great passion for the novel "Exodus" by Leon Uris, and the movie Borat.

ooh! i love vocabulary too. and foreign languages

Physics. Because it's more interesting than math.
