Next year is gonna have alot more weighted classes than this one (freshman year). I hate the school's pointless "graduation requirement" classes. Not that I am above anyone, it's just that the classes are, well, pointless.

Actually, I learned after a previous thread that a lot of the courses (like stats) I was going to take are no longer offered online to me. :( I'm still not sure what I want to take though... I want to take classes that will allow me to place higher at my state's magnet school. Also, I'm interested in HYPS, so I have to be ridiculous. :)

Senior year: (this is what I signed up for, but the scheduling might completely change next year)

AP Chem
AP Spanish
AP Statistics
AP Literature
AP Calculus (might not take if it's the same period at AP Spanish)
AP Econ/Gov (will take at the junior college if I can take Calculus)

For first semester only: German 2 at the junior college.

AP English (Lit)
AP Government
AP Economics
AP Psychology
AP Latin (Lyric)
AP Physics
AP Statistics
Mandarin Chinese level 1

(At least one of those classes won't fit)

I'll also be doing three independent studies, which count as full-year courses: Modern Political Theory, String Theory, and Advanced Mathematics (I've taken multivariable calc/DiffEq already, so I'll be focusing on linear algebra and more advanced math).

AP Calculus BC
AP Latin: Virgil
AP US History
English XI (prepares us for AP English Lit)
Honors Biology
French IV Advanced (1st half of AP French Lit)
Theatre III (Playwriting)

AP US History and Playwriting frighten me. Good luck with your GPAs, everyone!

I would REALLY like more Math and science. I am only taking 1 math year round. I couldn't fit Stats. =( My school doesn't offer AP Physics C or genetics so that sucks.

But hey, hopefully I make it into MIT and then there will be all the math and science I want. =)
