isn’t it always going to be 4.0? lol

no i just showed an example of one who took 14 ap’s but had 5 B’s this is U.W g.p.a

I’d imagine our valedictorian only has a 4.0 every ten years or so. Last year we had two with 4.0s–it was insane.

haha well our school has 4000 kids and we have major grade deflation meaning someone who got a 800 on his Bio Sat and 5 on exam and won regionals for USABO would often get a B in Ap Biology.

Unweighted? 4.0 (me). But I know quite a few people (I can name at least 5 off the top of my head) with 4.0’s as well and they’re not the brightest.

No idea. Although I do know that there are quite a few kids in my school with a 4.0.

They won’t announce our val until like May. And my school doesn’t rank… so hardly anyone’s concerned about that. It’s not like you can put “valedictorian” on your applications. (Lord… You have to be in the top 10 just to make Top 25% of class. It’s worse for the junior class… They have to be top 10 to make Top 50% of class!)

But number of AP’s… Last year’s val… umm… I think she probably had 10-ish. Most kids at my school take tons of AP’s though. I mean… I’ve taken 6 and I’m nowhere near the top of my class at all.
