What Keeps You Going??

The SAT is a long exam at about 3 and a half hours long. It is mentally draining and by the end I would say most people lose concentration and become overstricken by tiredness. What is your fuel of choice to keep going? Red Bulls? Coffee? Snack bars?

^Ixnay on the energy drinksay. Fershizzle. I know from experience. Trust me.
Just get a good night's sleep; you should be fine if you did timed simulations to develop resistance. It's not that bad; I'd say the SAT is pretty well-structured. The essay warms you up and gets blood going to the brain and then you're ready to go for the MC.

I snack on one of those super dense scones.

5 cups of coffee and 10 sugar cubes + 2g of pure honey

Bananas and fear.

I think of the SAT as two never ending sections.
After one section, I'll think to myself "One more to go!"
Then after that, I'll say "Only one more!"

I do this til I'm done. Keeps my spirits up.
Lol, I did this for a college entrance exam which was 5 hours. o_o

I steer clear of snacks, I get a habit of getting diarrhea if I eat something when I'm taking a test. (Gross I know :3)

chocolate and persistence to get into an ivy.

I actually fool myself into believing I'll get laid if I get that 2400.

^lmaoo!!

wow i have no idea

^^ LOL, nice.

I am quite comfortable during my timed, full-length practice tests, as long as I can pee during breaks. By the end, I'm hungry, but the cool thing is that I don't notice that I'm hungry until I finish. :)

Too bad girls aren't impressed by high SAT scores, LOL @ Uttaresh.

The knowledge (or hope) that the next section will be easy.
