What kind of applicant are you?

I'm a strawberry on top of mint chocolate chip ice cream

YES! discovery channel used to be my favorite station because it had interesting programs (and Wild Discovery!)... but now it only has chopper-crap and stupid 'monster house' things that NO ONE wants! and animal planet has gotten pretty bad - it only has kennel shows and stuff like that. grr, just bring me my Discovery! (even shark week isn't that great anymore...)

omg i used to love discovery!

i remember falling asleep watching the animal shows.....but now i can't stand it

did you happen to catch "teen sex" on discovery health today? i learned a lot about average american teenagers----sex crazed monkeys, if you ask me

I dont watch those shows mostly because it would be awkward if my younger pre-puberty brother walked into my room

at our state university, 1/2 students are projected to have an std at some time during their 4 years. it's out of control.

well to tell you the truth, If I could pick an std to have, it would be gonorhea.. after all, it is a simple bacterial infection which doesnt cause major damage, what about the rest of you. if you had to pick a std, what would it be?

My parents want me to go to UCSantaBarbara....they don't seem to care about the fact that it has the highest std rates in the nation....

definitely gonorrhea knock on wood...though i'd want to be able to catch it in time. it does have horrible repercussions, including sterility, if left untreated.

UCSB is more aptly known as UCSTD

I'm the theoretical nerd who can't make up her mind :)

I'm a vegan Seinfeld freak with socialist tendencies.

i am a nice and outgoing person
i am into math
but my true passion is linguistics and especially language prgramming
i wanna study cognitive psychology
besides basketball, i also like extreme sports such as rock climbing and bundjy jumping (if that is a sport:))

I like weightlifting, writing about politics, blogging, and hanging out with pals (and reading cool books).

I also enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners...etc etc etc

And Seinfeld is the coolest show ever

Anybody wants to make DNT with lab chemicals like me?

me me me!

Though my achievements only run to making laughing gas...

Once in chemistry class (organic), our teacher asked us to prepare a certain compound, and my friend came up with an elaborate set of conversions with around 10 intermediaries. It was perfect, but he got a zero.

The teacher said - "Look at your 5th compound - that's trinitro-toluene. If you get that as an intermediate compound, there won't be a lab, neither us. So you get a zero."

:-/

Exactly. They have dieting tips and women's talk and all that nonsense. WTF?!

ugh, discovery channel is definitely a blend of tlc and those other "fix your home/chopper/garage/pimped-out ride" shows, and it really irritates me! at least i found out that we have disc health, since that sometimes has interesting things. but seriously, WHAT is up with that station? ahhhh!

in other news - i just finished my track workout and i baked a chocolate cake and i'm altar serving really soon! this day is packed!

I am a semi-Math geek (I'm not nearly as good as it as many of my friends) who's involved in politics stuff. Oh yeah I love history and geography and all.

I don't even watch the Discovery Channel...History Channel is da bomb!

The only good history channel shows are the "breaking vegas" ones, those are ill.
