Hi, I'm an international student who is a chinese but study in French now, and I want to transfer to US, but I don't know there is any colleges/universities offer fin aid for students like me? I speak chinese, french and english, and good at science. Thx a lot 4 ur guys help!

Very few from what I've read.

Very few, and in very small amounts.

HAHAHAH. He asked which are the schools offering fin aid you guys all answered very few..

FA for international students is plenty but is how much you want that matters. What major are you looking for then i can try and narrow down the choices for you.

Anyway with regards to the question, there are quite a number of schools offering FA for international students. From the small college of Kenyon right up till the top schools (HYP ).

But, there's the catch, only very few schools are need-blind ( which means very few schools actually admit based solely on your application and not on your financial aid requirements. Those are limited to i think HYP, Williams and MIT ) Most school are need-aware and will award close to 100% need-met for international students provided that your application is stellar, hence gaining admissions.

So you really need to think about how you really need, which is one of the deciding factors, and what major you plan to pursue.
