What Kind of ECs Should a Transfer Student have?

I've had a part-time job since I was 18 years old, or basically the entirety of the time I've been in college. Is that "enough" in terms of ECs? School and work takes up nearly all of my time, but I've been thinking about volunteering at my school as a tutor for a few hours a week or perhaps joining a club this upcoming quarter. Is that too little too late? I did rowing in high school as well as MUN, DECA, etc. but I'm guessing that's something I can't put on my transfer app?

Thanks in advance! I hope I get in to UW for fall 2015! :)

As a transfer, you technically don’t have to provide a list of extracurriculars.
It may be helpful to include it somewhere in your essay, but the extracurriculars portion is not prominent within the transfer application.
Refrain from using DECA and other HS activities, as it is fairly irrelevant now.
Incorporate work into your essay, and you should be fine!
I’ve never had a job, but I incorporated my experience as a volunteer caretaker into my essay.

GOOD LUCK.
