<p>If you are seriously considering Rutgers, be aware of the changes they are implimenting... they are considering scrapping the different campuses and combining them for one huge "college of arts and sciences" and an engineering school.</p>
<p>And tsdad is right... the reputation in-state is sort of eh, but it is more well-regarded out of state.</p>
