What kind of schools should I be applying to? (US/UK)

I'm entering my senior year this year and frankly I haven't a clue what I should be doing at this point in time. I live in California. Freshman year was 3.8 and I had a really bad sophomore year (3.5), but Junior year I kept it around 4.2.

GPA: 3.74

School does not rank

SAT I/II:
First time 1770:

Second time 1830:

II: 630 Biology, 680 Chemistry.
I haven't really studied or taken prep for either time, just testing things out really. I plan on retaking because they're really bad. Going to retake subj tests and try other subjects. SAT testing is so painful.

I'm the oldest child in my family and I have 3 younger siblings close in age. We're upper middle class and but financial aid would still be appreciated. Personally I feel bad for my parents having to pay for all four of us, but they will.

I guess my dream career would be plastic surgery. I really enjoy sciences, but I'm also really into art. If I go to college in the US, I'd probably have some kind of art major/minor while taking classes towards a medical degree. I'm also into media production, illustration and/or graphic design. I design t-shirts and sweatshirts for my school clubs and I do little video projects on the side. As much as I would enjoy having an art oriented career, I'd rather be a professional.

I'm also really interested in going out of the country for undergraduate. My mom prefers an English speaking country, so basically the UK. I know living in central London is expensive so I'm trying to avoid that. I've sort of been looking at Nottingham, Bath, St Andrews, Trent and Edinburgh. I'm not exactly sure how I stack up for admissions though.

-UCLA, UCSD, UCD (likely not)
-USC (likely not either)
-Emerson
-Emory
-William & Mary
-Claremonts
-University of Portland
-Boston U
-Northwestern
-UCSB
-SCSC
-LMU
-Loyola Chicago
-USD
-USF

LMU and USD are my main backups. Many people from my school go there (being Catholic and most similar environment). They love my school.

Thanks for reading such a long post. Any advice/suggestion is welcome! Thanks!
