<p>well i have a 5 bed, 3 bath, two story, 3,000 sqft, 2 car garage, sunroom, open floor plan house. just about $231,000...its buys alot in columbia, sc, unlike a lot of other places. its home.</p>

<p>yeah its crazy expensive up there. cost of living is higher i guess. nothin like the good ole' south! warm weather, cheap living, open fields..and SWEET TEA</p>
