@livelaugh7 Iranians do not speak Arabic.

@Bardinatorsā

Yes I definitely agree with you, Iranians mostly speak Persian (Farsi dialect). But I think what @livelaugh7ā meant by āIranian Arabicā was probably either the "Mesopotamian Arabic (Iraqi Arabic)"or āGulf Arabicā which are both spoken in Iran, but it very uncommon (like the TONS of other languages spoken in Iran!). Mesopotamian Arabic is only spoken in Iran really close to the Iraq border. Gulf Arabic is only spoken in Iran on the shore of the Persian Gulf. I do think that livelaugh7 was making a good point in how that there is no āmainā Arabic language (there is about 26 different dialects of Arabic).

@Bardinatorsā @fromUSA2Russiaā Yeah I meant Mesopotamian Arabic and Gulf Arabic. My bad

Thatās okay, I knew what you meant! (I love learning languages, facts about the languages, and and different countries and cultures!!!)

@Bardinatorsā @fromUSA2Russiaā Yeah I meant Mesopotamian Arabic and Gulf Arabic. My bad

Chinese or Korean.
Korean has an alphabet, and is super simple. (It is the most logical of all languages) for a logical personā¦
Sign Language is thinking outside of the box, for a kinetic learnerā¦

Do whatever interests you the most! But also think about what youāre specifically going to do. If you genuinely like it and wish to delve deeper in it, I would say Arabic or Mandarin just because many, many people speak it and many more are learning.

Itās going to make your job a lot easier (Iām going out on a limb and saying it has a lot to do with foreign relations) if you know how to speak the lingua francas of the world

Would consider Korean but iām more interested in Middle Eastern relations opposed to Asian, also I feel you would need understanding in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean to excel in that field whereas you only need to know Arabic for Middle East. I appreciate everyoneās comments on this! I think iām going to begin to take up Arabic soon thank you everyone!

=D> Good job! Do you know which dialect of Arabic you are going to study? Best wishes in learning Arabic!

I think iāll begin with MSA and then maybe in college iāll get a feel for what I am more interested in and begin learning a dialect

Cool! Good luck, have fun, and learn a lot! :)
