<p>if money is truly not an issue, apply to as many of the top 20 as you’d be willing to attend. You’ll get in somewhere, probably lots of somewheres.</p>
<p>being international won’t be a big deal for admissions. It could have implications for what loans you’re able to take out, if that matters to you, and for working over summers and afterwards.</p>
<p>UChicago, NYU, Penn, Michigan, Duke, Northwestern if you have work experience… Those seem like the obvious schools to apply to. UVA will probably waitlist you because you’re below the GPA median and out of state. And I second Stacy, international should not be a big deal in terms of admission.</p>
