What major to choose?

I am lost and before I lose my mind I am asking for some help. I will complete my Associate degree in General Studies this semester. I have taken a variety of classes but nothing seems to call me. I have no idea about what to do next. I know that I am interested in humanities and anthropology, geography and psychology seem to interest me (I also have a passion for foreign affairs/international relations). However, I read that Forbes places Anthro as the worst choice of college major and psychology follows. What I know is that I need a solid job when I graduate. I have been working jobs at minimum wage and need to change that. I am worried that I will choose something that is not worth the time, effort and money and won’t payback and I can’t afford to make a mistake. Can anyone give me an advice? No matter what I do, I just can’t decide. Thank you.

Do you have a knack for STEM at all? You could always double major in something more profitable/employable with something you’re more passionate about.

IR isn’t a terrible choice - especially paired with a graduate degree and background with another language.

If you like International Relations, why not major in that? that combines anthropology, geography and psychology
