I know this sounds counterintuitive, but living with parents who strongly rejects you going into the entertainment industry makes this the only way. I’ve also read many articles that film school may not be the best choice to go and in my case I don’t think I have a choice. I was planning on self studying film, but I’m lost on what actually to major in college that will at least help in some way with film

some colleges/schools of communication can accept you as undeclared then you can switch into something similar to film like media studies
