Now, I'm just wondering about this question, as I am really hating my high school right now.

So, I am wondering why is (or isn't) your high school great. I'm not talking about the academics, but just the overall environment. What makes your school special?

School spirit helps a ton too. Basically, the months of August-September (football season) are fun at my school because everyone gets excited about the games and goes to all of them.

The campus should be decent looking, the staff should be well liked, the kids should be cool/nice/accepting (depends on the person and how well they fit in) and there should be a good amount of school spirit.

Probably the two most important things is having accepting student body of other peoples diffrences, and also life planning that can guide students for success after high school.

The classes and facilities and teachers could be great but if the people suck that ruins everything. I can’t wait for September. Starting a new school (yes!!! :D).

I think a lot of it’s down to the teachers, if they aren’t interested or don’t make it interesting then classes will suck. Obviously it wouldn’t be a great experience without friends, but how many people on CC actually have friends anyways?

@UKgirl: Ah! You caught me! The cat is out of the bag.

Oh, I have friends! Well, I mean, I think I do. My friends and I are having some trouble with each other but I still would assume we’re friends. (Hopefully, I’ll make better ones next year, though)
