What might I get into with my current GPA and GRE score?

I just finished Junior year so maybe it’s too early for me to ask (or not) but with GPA currently at 3.02 and GRE scores: 157 Verbal and 168 Quant.) what graduate schools might I get into?

Additionally, I’m a math major so I’ll most likely look for a math/stat or a Data Science program. How important will it be for me to find internships? Especially for the latter?

If you want to go to graduate school next year, it is NOT to early to ask these questions. Your GRE scores are OK but unless your major GPA is significantly higher than your overall, then you may have a challenging time getting into the more selective program. Are you looking for a professional Masters, an MS or a PhD? You can certainly find a program which will admit you for a professional degree but you will have to self-fund. The time has sort of passed for internships unless you plan to take some time off before applying. More importantly, do you have research experience that will provide you with a strong recommendation letter?

I’m looking for a Masters. As for research, unless a few research papers for a History cluster and assigned projects for a few Statistic courses can count, I’m afraid I don’t. I did however, have a survey/data based job at my school during the junior year.
