What month should I take the SAT in (junior to be)

<p>I am taking an SAT prep class right now and am going to be a junior this year. I don't want to forget any of the material I have learned (I will keep practicing of course in September). What month should I take it in? I want to take it in October but have heard that most seniors take it in October so the curves are high. I want to take it ASAP. Should I take it in October anyway? </p>

<p>Right now my practice SAT scores are around:
780-800 math
720-730 writing
600-690 reading (I recently got 690)</p>

<p>By the end of summer, I hope to raise my score to a solid 2200.</p>

<p>when people take the test doesn’t influence the curve, the curve of a test, based on its difficulty, is determined before its given, regardless of who is taking it</p>

<p>so take it whenever you feel ready</p>
