What % of aid is available for International Students at Top Universities?

Do your own research!!!

Search for “Common Data Set” on the website of each school you are interested in. That will give you lots of facts and figures about both need-based and merit aid awards.

But most of the schools that offer need-based awards do not offer full financial aid to international students, and the very few that do are highly competitive. You’d do better to look at schools that offer merit awards based on grades and SAT or ACT scores. The following schools offer very generous automatic merit awards - if a student’s grades and test scores are high enough, he or she qualifies automatically:

You’ll have to look at each school’s website, though, and you might even need to contact the school directly, to find out if that school’s award is offered to international students. If you’re willing to do that research for each of the listed schools, you might want to come back and post the results here, so they’re available for future students with the same question. That would be quite helpful!
