I'm gonna start university in Switzerland this fall by doing a bachelor in business administration. After those 3 years, I wish to continue my studies in the US to get a master. I know it's still early here but what possibilities are there?

What kind of masters can I get with this bachelor?
What kind of schools can I enter with this bachelor? (business school, some kind of Harvard business school,...)
How long will this take (to get my master)?

I know my question is vast but I'm a bit lost and I'd be thrilled if you guys could help me out.

Most people must work 3-5 years after their bachelors before they will be accepted to the good graduate (MBA) business programs like Harvard’s. These programs are 2 years and are very expensive–$80K for each year right now.

There are lots of masters programs you could do. The question is towards what end? What do you want to do with these degrees? The reason MBA programs want you to get out and work is that you will learn much more if you add that context to your graduate education. You then emerge of much greater use to employers.

Well what I’d really like to do is something that’s linked with business and sports in the US/Canada. If that doesn’t work out, I’m also really interested in the stock market but my dream would be to do something related with sports (hockey most notably) I know this is far fetched but ultimately, that’s what I’d really like to do.

Do you know a site where they give all the available masters in the US?

Do I have to do a master before working or can I directly do something with just a bachelor in business admin.?

Why is it hard to stay? Good question. It’s about protectionism, the numbers who get to stay have shrunk a lot in the last few years and many want it to shrink more. Much of the world would like to live in the US. The few visas go mainly to engineers and scientists. This recent article explains:
