What’s in your junk drawer?

I think @VeryHappy 's dh should make something for @Hoggirl 's counter!

I spoke too soon. The disembodied heads near the Dartmouth mug…any subliminal message here?

Didn’t you know that The Secret History was really set in Dartmouth and the group killed more than just Bunny?

It just occurred to me that in spite of the Barbie mayhem that I’ve shown all of you, DH’s drawers are insanely neat. But that’s because he never puts anything in them.

And in case it isn’t obvious from the photo of the top of the desk, the whitish object between the two right-most heads is a racoon skull that we found in the yard of our old house. :flushed:

Oh, my gosh. I have a friend that loves doll head art! Like, baby doll heads. She sent me a picture of something she wants that uses one!

I was just about to ask about that! Does Mr. VeryHappy know his somewhat disturbing collections are being seen by all of us? :chipmunk:

Oops, just realized that was a squirrel, not a raccoon!

No, he does not. And we’re going to keep it that way. :mask:

Shouldn’t be an issue keeping his identity hidden as there are lots of Dartmouth men that play with Barbies😀

FYI I was rejected at Dartmouth so still a little bitter.

@Catcherinthetoast : Given what this particular Dartmouth grad does, maybe it was for the best.

It’s interesting that there are two sets of twin heads in the collection! -Possibly something related to sports figures? Although for some reason they made me think of James Bond.

Did you know all of that before you married him?

I got a Dartmouth Medicine hat for Christmas, and now will think of this thread every time I wear it. Thanks, Mr. VeryHappy

Nope. He was very, very neat in the early years.
