<p>Congratulations to all of you! My son is finishing his freshman year and, while it has been quite challenging, he still believes selecting Cal Poly was the best decision of his life.</p>

<p>Ditto what gotpeter just said, adding that it’s obvious to me as well that my son is in the right place. He’s completely in his element. The best part is that it’s so hands-on. He gets to build stuff - circuits, computer programs, robots. And he’s got plans for programming an iPhone app this summer. I’m thrilled that he’s challenged, engaged and excited about what he’s learning.</p>
