I am a rising junior at a college prep school in the mid-atlantic region. I hope to attend a college on the east coast. Size doesn't matter and I am looking at both liberal arts schools and universities. Here is some information that colleges will look at:

Academics:
My freshman year, I had a 3.7 UW GPA. I took 3 out of 4 available honors courses.
In my sophomore year, I had a 3.9 UW GPA and took 4 out of 5 available honors courses.
I am going to take 2 honors courses and 2 AP courses my junior year and am going to work as hard as I can to maintain a 4.0 UW GPA.
As for standardized test scores, I did poorly on my practice PSATs that I took my sophomore year, scoring a little above 1600. Apparently colleges won't see these scores, as they were PRACTICE PSATs, but I don't know if that's entirely true because I received letters from colleges throughout the year after taking them. I also took the PLAN test and my score translated to a 34 on the real ACT. I wasn't trying as hard as I could with that test however and think I could definitely do better on the real ACT.
Now, after studying a great deal I have reached much better scores on practice SAT tests I am taking from the CollegeBoard book. I have reached 780s in both critical reading and writing, and up to a 640 in math (which could still use some work but I'm steadily getting better). I am aiming for 2200 or above.
In my state, which has lower scores to qualify for National Merit Scholarship than some other states, I am trying to get even just a Letter of Condemnation for the NMSQT but that's still a reach because of my math scores.
Senior year I expect to be taking two honors courses and 4 AP courses and maintain a 4.0 GPA as well even though I know colleges probably won't see those grades.
As for SAT 2s I plan to take 2 or 3 and hope to score above 700 on all of them.

Extracurriculars:
By senior year I will have played 3 going on 4 years of lacrosse, and hope to play the last two years Varsity.
I will have done multiple plays/musicals for my schools theatre, 2 years of newspaper club, 4 years of two different community service clubs, both of which I currently hold and will still hold leadership positions. I've had some of my writing published by my school. I also volunteer for my local soup kitchen all throughout the year, summer included.

I have legacy at UPenn, Duke, and UNC Chapel Hill. I am a white female and don't plan to need financial aid (I know some schools aren't "needs blind"). I have already visited multiple colleges on tours and plan to visit all of the schools I apply to at least once on record.

If you have any other questions I can answer them. Thank you so much for your help.
