So far I've got Columbia, Princeton, MIT, and UCLA. Any others?

You may also want to look at schools that have degrees in financial mathematics or computational finance though I'd expect that these, much like financial engineering, are graduate degrees (at most schools anyway).

As a UCLA student, I regret to inform you that UCLA does not offer an undergrad Financial Engineering program (although I wish we did...).

We do offer a graduate Master's in Financial Engineering (MFE) Program through the Anderson School of Management.

CMU has computational finance, I believe.

Though it's not known officially as financial engineering, you can concentrate on Economic Decision Analysis under Industrial & Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. For their grad level, there's also the Quantitative and Computational Finance track for IE.

Plan B: major in mathematics or industrial engineering

check out James Madison University.

May be outlawed soon.

Check out Northwestern.
Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences major + Kellogg Undergrad Certificate
Northwestern University - Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences
Kellogg School Certificate Program for Undergraduates - Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University
