What should be the ACT score with the "cushion"?

I currently have an ACT score of 31 and am really interested in applying ED. I’m assuming a 33 or a 34 would give me breathing room but I’m not so sure. I got the score of 31 my second time taking it (first time: 30).

I also got a PSAT score of 1400/1520. Should I just focus on the new SAT?

What is Haverford’s 25th-75th percentile score range? I’d consider being above the 75th percentile to be a cushion.
