ACT vs SAT Score Charts

Well I got a 1540 on the SAT, and most charts say that is a high 34/low 35.

Do you guys think these charts are accurate?
I’m pretty sure they take the percentiles and compare them
Theoretically…
99th percentile on the SAT is a 1540 while 99th percentile on the ACT is a 34…

Is this because different people are taking these tests?

I feel like a 1540 is harder to get than a high 34 or a low 35, basically. Am I being too egotistic?

it depends on the person lol, for some a 34 is harder than a 1540 but others vice versa. But by percentiles of people who take the test, a 1540 and 34 are very similar.

For some reason at my school there are only 3 ppl I know that got above a 1500, but tons got 34s and 35s.

Either 1540 SAT or 34 ACT is a great score well within the range, so focus your attention more on your qualitative development.
