Keep your eyes on the prize. I know 2 1/2 years seems like so far away but you can make it. Anytime you start to doubt yourself, come back for a pep talk. You can research some colleges for inspiration, especially the schools that offer automatic and competitive scholarships and fight for the stats that can get you an automatic scholarship. Look at schools that meet full need.
If the porn you found involves children, then you should to talk to someone. If not, trust you gut instincts. Stay safe.
@Theretheygo This is so late lol but thanks for the support! I actually think I’m going to apply to colleges out of state. Even if they cost a lot, at least I’ll be safe and happy. And I could always work part-time while I’m at college.
It wasn’t child porn, it was just really weird porn. And a lot of teenage porn. The weird thing is it was a USB that he apparently used for work? I’m going to try not to think about it though. In a year, I’ll be out of here. And thanks again!
It is a big state, and if OOS colleges are not affordable, you have wonderful options in-state. Just being out of the house will be a good thing.
