I am planning on applying to several ucs, but I had a question. I am going to major in classics. I know ucb and ucla are the best there, but if I don't get accepted to either of these where should I go, community college (el camino, santa monica) ucsb, ucd, or uci. Does where I graduate from really matter to graduate schools as long as I do very well, keep in mind I want to go to either harvard, or oxford for graduate school.
Thanks

bump, please respond

where you graduate from isn't going to matter as much for getting into grad school as your grades and your recs. This means the burden is going to be on YOUR shoulders to get to know profs. The classics depts are going to be small even at the UCs so this will help, but you will have to take the initiative to go to office hours and do the work that shows your profs you're a top student. The PhD world is tighter-knit than you might realize, and the profs at the UCs are going to include those who graduated from other top schools and have connections there.
