What should I do???

Hello,

I am having serious problems with my life. I use to be a A/B student, nothing too bad, nothing too good, however, I have been terribly sick my senior year and my grades have hit rock bottom. My last report card had D/C all the way through and I am currently failing all my classes because I can't go to school without serious health complications.

The school is putting me on a 504 plan and I just realized that I have not told any of my colleges about my illness. My conselor is new and only recently graduated from grad school so we had no idea what to do. And I was just wondering if this is something that I should tell colleges now and if I need to, how would I do it? And is it too late? Most of my decisions is coming out the 31st.

Thanks

Yes, you NEED to fill them in on whats going on. That will affect your acceptance big time.

I think you should just contact the college or colleges yourself and speak to them about it. I don't think its too late, but you need to tell them.

tell all of your colleges what is going on IMMEDIATELY. You will have serious problems if they don't know what's going on. Your counselor sounds woefully incompetent, that's really too bad.
