What Should I Do?

Hi! Well, I was planning on taking a summer course at my local college because I had a free credit through CTY. It took the woman a very long time to get me signed up for the class I chose to take, as I am both a non-degree student and a high school student, so I only was told that I was registered five days ago. I sent an email to my professor at that point just kind of introducing myself, and in her return email (yesterday) she referenced this online thing that she uses to post "meeting location, assignments, and notes." I was not signed up for, or even aware, of this program, so I wasn't signed up. Tech support cannot get me signed up and says I'm "not registered." The counsler's office says I am registered, but that the class is on another day that I was not told about, meaning that it will interfere with one of my clubs for 3 or 4 weeks. I am absoutely devoted to this club and one of the meetings it interferes with is my first meeting with it. If I go to the class, I have to miss about 1/3 of the club meeting. I will also have to miss part of my third class because of a family committment. No one is telling me anything about the class or my status with the program, so I'm completely lost. The first class is tonight, and I've already bought the book, so I don't know what to do. My mom also says that if I drop this class (we don't know if i can switch classes at this point) then I will "never be allowed to take another college class in high school." I'm really stressed out and I don't know what to do. Any advice, please?
