What should I do?

I am constantly sleepy. It's not that I am always sleep-deprived but I am just sleepy.
Am I sick? I just want to cry especially right now I am essays and APs and grades to worry about. One of the teacher marks really hard and I am quite frustrated. I like him but I can hardly accept the fact that I usually get 95+ in presentations in other classes but only 80 in his class. And I can't explain it to the admission officers. It's the second semester of my junior year and the grades are supposed to be the most important. But I am sleepy and that means that I can't be efficient! What should I do? How can I overcome the unreasonable lethargy? Should I see a doctor? Please help.

Sleep, exercise, and eat healthy. Are you doing these three? I think too much stress can also cause sleepiness. Take some time to relax.

Think about your username: Happy, Sunny, Shine!

And maybe see a doctor. Not getting enough sleep won’t just make you inefficient, it will also make you susceptible to diseases and a whole host of other things you don’t want to experience your junior year.
